All one to one personal training delivered by Body Fresh Fitness at various locations such as a gyms, public spaces or clients homes are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
All PT and class discounts are taken off of the standard base rate. The PT / Class packages and any other offer that Body Fresh Fitness may run will not be eligible for any further discounts.
BodyFresh fitness will supply cover of gym instructors within the gym opening hours. Note that they may be personal training during these times. All bodyfresh fitness gym instructors will be working under a service level agreement, which states roles and responsibilities that they must adhere too. If service level agree is broken by gym instructor bodyfresh can not / shall not hold responsibility for any rules broken outside of this agreement and responsibility will fall onto that gym instructor.
All one to one personal training sessions and classes booked with Body Fresh Fitness have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any personal training sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be fully charged and may incur a last minute cancellation charge. All online membership subscription clients are free to cancel membership at any time.
As per PAQ and Terms and conditions, the members agree to competence in use of gym equipment and safety Standards. If you feel unsure or unsafe of the use of equipment you should seek professional advice where possible.
Any person found to be re-distributing the online content, membership log in information or services to those who have not purchased the product will face legal action from Body Fresh Fitness. The re-distribution or selling of any product by any persons who have not been authorised by Body Fresh Fitness to do so is prohibited.
